Time To Give Kudos to Golden Ace
At the 2024 Cheltenham Festival just 20 months ago, the Mares Hurdle was won in electric style by Golden Ace. So easily was the mare travelling jumping the second last,  Lorcan Williams, clearly knowing he had plenty of horse and not wanting to hit the front too soon. confidently took a pull on her as they galloped away from it.

Still Improving Wodhooh Takes The Ascot Hurdle
A few minutes before the race was run, Gordon Elliott almost laughed at Matt Chapman when Matt suggested in the Ascot paddock that Wodhooh may potentially be a Champion Hurdle or Stayers Hurdle contender.
